Want to help contribute to the Picayune Dreams Wiki? The fastest way to do so would be to fix some "problem pages", of which the different types are explained below:

Stubs

Stubs are pages that are too short to meet quality guidelines, essentially pages that could be expanded upon or are missing a lot of info. The {{stub}} template is usually given to pages that need extra work. If you are creating a new page and know there's a lot of info you don't have, use that template at the start of the page! It's good practice to add stubs to pages if you're unsure, rather than adding a bunch of potentially incorrect information. It also lets people know what articles need the most help.

Ironically, this page itself is a stub, as it could probably use more info and links on documentation and general wiki practices. Maybe you can help?

There are currently 71 stubs on the Picayune Dreams Wiki. You can view all of the stubs here.

Wanted Pages

The Wanted Pages List is an automatically generated list of the top pages that are linked to but don't currently exist. Browsing the wiki and seeing some red links? Those are wanted pages. The list is formatted so the most linked-to pages are at the top, so it would be best to work your way down. Please don't create a page completely blank just to get rid of the wanted page, at the very least add a handy {{stub}} tag at the start so people know to help out!

If you want to tackle some wanted pages but don't know how to approach it, Category:Templates and Category:Infobox templates are a great place to start. Templates are pieces of code that can be rapidly deployed to several pages very easily. Infoboxes are similar, but are specifically meant for displaying a summary of information at the top of a page.

You can view the wanted pages list here.

Pages with missing images

Pages with missing images are pretty self explanatory, but luckily there is a handy category to keep them all in one place. They're also extremely similar to stubs, but a bit more specific. You can mark a page as missing an image with {{missing image}} or {{missing images}} (both do the same thing). If you're going to mark a page as missing an image, it's good practice to make it clear what images are missing.

To upload an image, you can click on the "Upload a File" button on the tools sidebar or go to Special:Upload.

There are currently 5 pages with missing images on the Picayune Dreams Wiki. You can view all of them here.
